Digital Know-how for Small Businesses, Development and Admin Teams, and Curious Individuals

Human Wisdom for Digital Tools

I help small businesses, teams and curious individuals find the tools that fit how they already work, from everyday digital and administrative systems to AI, and put them to good use: through workshops and private lessons, custom-built tools, and clear advice on what's worth adopting, and what isn't. I'm Noam. Let's talk.

01 — Digital Project Leadership

Leading digital projects from first requirements to launch: translating between the people who use the system and the people who build it.

02 — Custom Tools & Automations

Small, focused tools and AI assistants that take repetitive work off your plate and connect to the documents and systems you already use. Built fast, made to last, handed over with docs.

03 — AI Training & Adoption

Hands-on workshops for teams and private one-on-one lessons for individuals, in Hebrew or English, for using AI confidently and safely in real daily tasks. From a first introduction to rolling it into your workflows.

04 — AI Strategy & Policy

An outside view on which tools to adopt, what to skip, and how to use AI responsibly: an AI usage policy, privacy-aware tool choices, and ongoing advice as the field moves.

The Attic

Guides I wrote while training professional teams, and a tool I built for my own work. The content reflects the tools as they were at the time, not current advice.

  • GenAI Guide for Legal & Admin Teams: An introduction to generative AI and 9 prompting techniques, written for a workshop with a legal and administrative team. In Hebrew.
  • Interactive Prompting Guide: An interactive companion to a team training on prompting techniques, with worked examples. In Hebrew.
  • Claude, Explained: An interactive map of the Claude ecosystem, made to onboard engineers to its products and components.
  • Cursor for Data Teams: A guide to the layers and settings of an AI code editor, written for analysts on a data team. In Hebrew.

yamly: See What Really Changed: Compares YAML config files as data and highlights only the changes that matter, with an MCP connection to AI assistants. Built for my own work, open to all.

Questions People Ask

We don't feel confident working with technology tools. Is this for us?
That's exactly what it's for. We start from your own work and move at your pace, so confidence with technology tools builds along the way.
I'm not a business. Can I just learn AI for myself?
Yes. I give private one-on-one lessons, from a first introduction to everyday use, at your own pace.
What does a first project look like?
Usually a half-day workshop or a two-week tool sprint, with a clear scope and price upfront.
What about privacy and client data?
We start by mapping what data is involved and choose tools and settings accordingly. I'm not a lawyer, and for legal sign-off I work alongside yours.
Hebrew or English?
Both. Workshops, guides and tools can be fully in Hebrew.
Which AI tools do you work with?
Things change so fast that the answer keeps changing too. I make a point of staying up to date, so I can give the best guidance for right now.

Let's Build Together
